few months ago, some pharmacies suspended their services to insured persons
under the INAM, for reasons of late payment. Now that this situation has been
resolved by the Institute, collaboration with the pharmacies concerned has
resumed. This is what the Institut National d'Assurance Maladie (INAM) informs
us in a press release signed by its general management and made public on 08
August 2023.
In
this press release, the Institut National d'Assurance Maladie (INAM) informs
its policyholders and the general public that the following pharmacies have
been closed: Délali, Arc en ciel, pharmacie du Zio, and Believe; having
suspended service to INAM policyholders under the agreement signed between INAM
and the National Order of Pharmacists of Togo (ONPT) have resumed dispensing
medicines and other health products.
INAM
would like to thank the insured for their understanding and express its
solidarity with the inconvenience caused by this situation. It once again
congratulates the pharmacists who, despite the difficulties, have continued
their partnership by continuing to serve policyholders.
