The benefits of sex are no longer to be proven. In addition to being good for morale and love bonds, it is good for health. An active sex life, an average of two intercourse per week, can stimulate immune defences. This is certainly what a study from the American University of Wilkes in Pennsylvania reveals.  Regular sexual intercourse, allows the release into the body of a hormone, the ocytonin that makes sleep deeper, promotes blood circulation and allows the body to better regenerate during the night. This works against viruses and other pathogens. To the point that two sex sessions a week can reduce the risk of getting a flu or cold by 60%. For those with dull libido, researchers at the University of Cardiff offer a diet rich in fruits in legumes and spices.  Spices such as chilli, garlic and ginger increase the production of mucus in the body, a secretion that protects the mucous membranes and thus strengthens the immune system.
